Hospitality Manager

The bar is run by Holly Brown, who has a wealth of experience in the bar and leisure industry. 


Maintaining the highest of standards and moving with the times is Holly’s main goal. 





Wine

Our wine list was carefully put together by our wine consultant to make sure that we offer you a great selection of wines to suit whatever your needs are.

Whether it’s a glass of our house Chilean Merlot or Sauvignon Blanc or bottle of the French Mouton Cadet which was the official wine of the Ryder Cup 2018, you will definitely find something to compliment your meal.

We also have a ‘Wine of the Week’ board where you can find some excellent wines on offer for exceptional value.

Spirits

A new addition to the bar is our ever-growing gin selection. We now have 13 permanent gins on our menu as well as guest gins appearing throughout the year. 

When you're at the Club take a browse through our Gin and Tonic menu which gives you all the information you need to understand which gin to pair with one of the many Fever Tree tonics. Or feel free to ask a member of the bar staff, who will be happy to assist in making your selection. 

Real Ales & Draught Lager

We are proud to say that our real ales are accredited with the ‘Cask Marque’ and are regularly inspected to ensure that we are always serving the ‘perfect pint’.

As well as being awarded with the Approved Quality Guinness plaque, we are confident that you will be satisfied with your pint, whatever your tipple.

We have a range of beers on draught from lagers and ciders, to pale ales and craft beers. Our real ales consist of Doom Bar as our house bitter as well as at least one seasonal guest ale.
